getting ready for friday. i'll be showing 16 of the PX-680 portraits that i shot at the last event and setting up to shoot more. four fresh packs of film thanks to e-bay profits (running out of stuff to sell). i would like to try some of impossible's other film types, but overhead ate the majority of the money. i'll fill space with older stuff and total out with 26 pieces.
sharing the space with a pottery artist. i hope he does well and sells something…….. me too. did a bit more work putting the word out, as last show the organizers were a little off on their timing (and their planning).
wine is a must, but cutting back on food. cheese, fruit and munchies. the last event was catered (which was excellent), but was like $300.00 for a couple trays of drool food. i'll miss it, but don't want people showing up because we have a reputation for good food.
hmmmm. wonder if the pottery artist will bring anything or offer to help pay for wine and food. didn't think of that until now. oh well. my nephew will be at the piano again
